The Mărţişor tradition is to wear a red&white string during the month of March, as a symbol of welcoming the Spring.

My #2 model has the proper bicolor string and represents a pun: in Romanian, we write “apple” as “măr”, so, it is a proper “Măr”-ţişor gift. 🙂
